Great App! has everything and keeps it simple!

very much lacks features for sorting photos. for example you want to sort photos by time and then move some photos in such a manner that I need. the program does not have a manual sorting files. just wasted money to upgrade, though I thought the new version will appear. all other functions are simply excellent, I use right along

It does not actually do “batch rename” existing files… it only renames files when copying.

This is my goto-application app for quick and easy automated image manipulation. Whether images need to be trimmed, sharpened, compressed to work efficiently in the mobile world, PhotoMill delivers. Thanks to the Dev’s for saving countless of hours of effort. Anyone considering the purchase of the app should BUY it and start saving time & $$$.

Has performed exactly as described. Just a thought for the creators to make the Crop tool more freehand. Awesome App.

The most flexible batch converer. Plus great support.

I got this app (for $5!) because I needed to convert 67 50+MB HDR TIFFs to 4MB JPGs. I downloaded it, ran it, drag-and-dropped my files onto it, set a scale action, set a scale action to 50% and hit the button. BOOM! 67 smaller files on my disk. I thought I’d try having it upload them to flickr for my wife. Added my flickr account to “Internet Accounts”, selected Convert & Share, hit Flickr, and… BOOM! 67 files on Flickr (OK, it took 8 minutes to upload them). Does what I need it to do — fast!

Great App. Does exactly what it says it can do and does it well. I would have given it 5 stars if I coould batch resize by inches and centometers as well as pixels or percent. Otherwise, great value.

Got Reformator to handle hundreds & thousands of my vacation photos and some business images. It was super-easy & fast to accomplish all my tasks, and it turned out that I just don’t need any other app any more, I coud do everything just within this remarkable tool! Got my holiday shots renamed really smart & quickly, converted from Raw NEF to decent jpeg ones at the same time to share them afterwards, plus got them auto-rotated! My business images series required resizing & nice watermarking, and Reformator was extremely flexible to meet my demands. Congrats to guys for such a great app!

Tried several apps for watermarking and this one is the best: text size in percent, metadata tags, images, background…

I’ve spent the day trying to use this app. I never get very far and it crashes, and crashes, and crashes. So frustrating to use. I think it might do what I am looking for, but the darn program won’t stay open long enough to complete anything. Additionally I don’t see where there it a help or tutorial built in. Total waste of my time and money.

I have used Reformator to convert batches of hundreds of photos at a time. My need was simple. I needed to convert very large TIFF files to much smaller JPEG files very quickly. Not only does Reformator do that easily, I found that it also applies user setable image correction, if desired, to an entire batch of photos. I had old family photos that were scanned in from slides that were so dark many were barely readable. While I could have used other image correction software to enhance them one at a time, Reformator let me apply the image corrrections, while running an entire batch of photos. Within minutes I had hundreds of images resized and corrected. I absolutely would recommend this app to anyone needing to convert many photos from one format or size to another. And by the way, it is very intuitive and easy to use.

I grabbed the demo from their site and purchased the app less then 5 min later. Well thought out UI and easy to use.

I am new to the Mac & was looking for a quick, simple watermark/text program since the one on my PC is not available for Mac; and this is it! Photos can be saved at the original size with watermark, or a smaller size. No image quality issues, integrity of original photo stays intact. I photograph sports for schools, and the watermark feature allows me to not only label the event, but credit my work. I don’t know if I will use the other features, but even if I don’t, this was still a great purchase!!

As a long time PC and Irfanview converter user, I was sad to see I could not use that program on my new Mac - BUT NOT FOR LONG! This is Reformator App is the Beez Knees! I take a LOT of photographs which must end up online in real estate/archtectural presentations at a lower resolution and different aspect ratios than out-of-camera provides. Often, these same images go to different uses. For example, I may have captured a 16:9 aspect photo at 4000x2250 pixels and 300 dpi, but now I need that same photo online at 72dpi and 1500 pixels wide for a wide aspect tour AND also at 1000 pixels wide in 4:3 aspect ratio for the multiple listing sites — EASY! with Reformator! In one case, convert the 50 images in 10 seconds to what I need; and, then do it again with borders this time for my MLS folder. This is a Godsend!

I wanted an application to change the date of when a photo was taken. Many of my photos (for some reason) did not have the correct date of when I took them so it was important for me to change it to the correct date. This app worked like a charm. No other application I found could do that for me. It also handles changing the parameters of multiple photos at the same time very well. I’m extremely pleased with this app. The only thing that I would change is its interface for a better ease of use, but it gets the job done and that’s what counts. Great job Overmacs!

This is a great little app. I use it all the time for eBay and other sites that need photos to be a certain size. Uncomplicated and Uncluttered if you need to convert and resize photos this is the app for you.
